Who We Are

A firm built around protecting and growing real estate wealth

SVG Asset Management pairs senior, owner-side asset management with a robust network of accountants, attorneys, and licensed corporate service providers: experts who work together so every mandate is handled as one coordinated, holistic engagement.

One coordinated team

Every discipline a property needs, brought together for you

Performance, accounting, legal structuring, and corporate administration are rarely coordinated. We bring that expertise together through a robust, trusted network so the disciplines act as one: faster decisions, cleaner reporting, and a single team that owns the outcome from end to end.

Asset Management

Senior asset managers who run portfolios the way owners would themselves: relentless on performance, alert to risk, and accountable for every basis point of return.

Accounting & Finance

CPAs and finance specialists build the reporting, modeling, and tax-compliance backbone that turns property performance into clear, decision-ready intelligence.

Legal & Structuring

Attorneys structure the ownership vehicles, trusts, and cross-border frameworks that hold real estate securely and pass it cleanly to the next generation.

Corporate Services

Licensed corporate service providers form, administer, and govern the entities behind every mandate, keeping each structure compliant, current, and audit-ready.

A Note from the Managing Director

Real estate doesn't protect itself

For a decade and a half I've worked at the intersection of corporate finance, investment strategy, and asset management, designing and launching index, real estate, and digital-asset funds, structuring portfolios, and restructuring operators to become investable, debt-eligible, or IPO-ready. That work has taken me across the U.S., the U.K., Dubai, Jamaica, and the Cayman Islands, interfacing directly with C-Suites and regional regulators.

An asset manager is the difference between a property that merely exists and one that performs. Buildings quietly lose value every day they run on autopilot: through soft leasing, deferred capital, unwatched expenses, and decisions made too late. We hold every asset to the same question an owner would: is this property working as hard as it possibly can? That discipline is how we keep portfolios running at optimal efficiency.

For some clients the mandate is simple and unapologetic: extract the maximum return the asset can produce. For others, particularly families, the work runs deeper. We take fragmented, informally held real estate and bring it into structured trusts and holding vehicles built to protect a legacy, preserve control, and keep cash flowing to the people who depend on it, this generation and the next.

None of it happens alone. I bring the full weight of a trusted network of CPAs, attorneys, and licensed corporate service providers together on each engagement, so owners get the depth of an institutional platform with a single point of accountability. We do all of it with warmth, because behind every portfolio is a person, a family, or an institution that trusted someone with what they built. We treat that trust as the real asset under management, and we manage it accordingly.
